Tom is a Director at Infinite Equity, where he assists clients on equity award valuation, accounting, and plan design.

He has over 10 years of experience in compensation and corporate governance with prior roles in corporate executive compensation at a Fortune 100 company and as an advisor at ISS Corporate Solutions. He’s spoken at a variety of industry events on incentive program design topics.Tom earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Joseph’s University. Tom is based in Maryland, outside of Washington, DC.
